Describe Your Teaching Stye: Energizing and challenging flow, combining yoga with strength, cardio and toning exercises. My hope is that you leave class feeling sweaty, strong and connected. And if you don't hear "You Got This" at least a few times, you should ask if I'm okay.

What Brought You to Your Mat: My love for yoga began at a small studio in Baltimore, MD. At first, yoga was a way for me to bond with my mom and sister who were avid yogis and way out of my league. My practice evolved into my own and now, the feeling of being challenged both mentally and physically is something that continues to bring me to my mat.

Favorite Local Spots:Is it too basic to say True Food Kitchen and Flower Child? If so, Alatri Brothers for pizza, Woodmont Grille’s kale salad, and you can’t go wrong with a falafel bowl at Cava.
