We don't just play music. We curate it. The music is our co-teacher leading to a deeper more embodied practice.
The loneliness epidemic ends at our front door. Prepare to make a new friend or 20. Chatting is welcome both inside and outside of the yoga room (maybe just pause it during the practice).
We don't do levels. We welcome all. Every class offers students the ability to truly listen to their intuition and do what works best for their ability level.
Class Formats

Power Flow is a music-driven, sweat-soaked vinyasa journey into your body, breath, and inner fire. Expect freedom, curated beats, and a high-energy space that invites you to move from intuition. All levels welcome. Room heated to 95+.

A 45-minute, mat-based strength class that challenges you from start to finish. Increase your metabolic capacity and muscular endurance one class at a time. Room is heated to 95 degrees. Weights are provided.

A soul-nourishing, music-fueled vinyasa that moves with intention. Expect the same core elements of our power class with a bit more guidance and slower pacing. All levels welcome. Room heated to 95+.

A soul-nourishing experience designed to melt you into your body. This slow, deep stretch practice targets fascia and connective tissue — creating space, stillness, and release. All levels welcome. Room gently warmed.

Process stuck and stagnant emotions, purge old patterns and thoughts, and crack your heart open with this deeply therapeutic practice. Part deep cathartic work, part altered consciousness, and part bliss — committing to this practice fully will move you closer to your most aligned self.

Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled in for class and make a few new friends.
If you want to travel light, we have Manduka mats and Nomadix towels to rent.
We lock our studio doors 2 minutes after the scheduled class start time. After this grace period, we will be unable to let anyone into class. 'No Shows' and late cancels (within 12 hours of class start time) will result in a forfeited class credit or a $15 fee.
If the class is on a waitlist, we begin to release open spots 2 minutes prior to class start time. Waitlist spots will be released on a first come first serve basis, beginning 30 minutes prior to class start time.
If you have to leave class early, we ask that you please do so before the start of savasana. This helps minimize disruption to other students.
Phones on silent and stored away. When you enter the studio room, feel free to make a new friend or reconnect with an old one.
Heat. Music. Movement. Breath. Your teacher will guide you through a sequence designed to open your body and shift your soul. Then, you will be offered the opportunity to explore the sequence with your own breath and rhythm.
